Okay so not the kind of spaghetti you were probably thinking of,
but you gotta give this a try. It is healthy and delicious.
All you need is 4 main ingredients: 1 package of spinach, 1 medium sized squash(about 2 lbs), 1lb of turkey meat(you can also use turkey sausage or pork sausage), and 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese.
First wash then cut the squash in half length wise.
Then clean out the seeds in the center.
Next you will place one half inside a microwavable oven safe dish and microwave for 7-10 minutes each.
Then just line a baking pan withe the shredded squash and add a 1/3 cup(or more if desired) parmesan cheese to the top.

While the squash is nuking. You can start cooking the turkey and the spinach. Add about a tablespoon of EVOO to a skillet and brown the turkey. And to another skillet at a touch of EVOO and saute the spinach.
Once the squash is ready, you can start "shredding" it with a fork. You literally just scrape out all the guts until you just have skin left over.Then just line a baking pan withe the shredded squash and add a 1/3 cup(or more if desired) parmesan cheese to the top.
Transfer the ground turkey to the pan with the spinach and season the taste.
I just added some salt and pepper and a little Italian seasoning.
